Terms & Conditions

• Fees Structure is based on an 11-month payment system from January – November.

• Fees are payable on the 30th of each month.

• Termly fees are payable within the first week of the new term. .

• Late Payment will result in penalties. Should your payment be late, your child will not be able to participate in class until the outstanding fees are settled in full..

• NO remission or reduction of fees will be accepted for non-attendance..

• Lessons for the year are calculated and divided by 11 months from January to November, therefore the fees quoted take into account the school holidays and public holidays where no classes are given.

• Each Term will consist of 8–10 lessons.

• Classes are based in accordance with Government School Terms. There will be no classes during school holidays and public holidays unless extra classes have been specifically arranged by the teacher..

• No Student will be allowed to enter examinations or performances if fees are outstanding..

• We have a uniform that needs to be worn in class and a strict ballet bun policy..

• All products of Phambili Ballet including music, routines, choreography remains the property of Phambili Ballet and cannot be replicated..

• All Covid Protocols to be adhered to including the wearing of a mask, sanitization and social distancing..

• Teaching dance requires the correction of the posture and body alignment, an acceptable degree of physical contact will be used as a teaching tool in this process.

• Photos will be taken during class for marketing purposes if however, you are not in favour of this please notify Phambili Ballet in writing..

• Phambili Ballet will not be held responsible for any loss, damages or injury to any persons or parents frequenting its classes but will aid in seeking help..

• Phambili Ballet will respect your privacy and will endeavour to keep all information completed on this form private and confidential and will use it for communication and data collection purposes..
